And an animal subject for now is...

Box Turtles!

Box turtles are found almost every where. We found ours in the middle of a road. Box turtles are easily distinguished by the hinge on their bottom half of their shell, enabling them to fully enclose them selfs. Box turtles eat tender vegetation, berries and insects. When kept in captivity they will also eat ground meat.
